Mission:
The mission of Inclusion Blueprint is to empower and inspire the next generation of diverse leaders in America. Through educational research and outreach, we strive to inspire and open doors of opportunity for women and underrepresented populations to access higher education with an emphasis on obtaining professional success in law and medicine.

Purpose:
Inclusion Blueprint fulfills its core mission of serving as a catalyst for positive social change by leveraging the collective intellectual resources of our academic and corporate allies to address significant issues and disparities in communities across the United States.

Housed within the Division of Equal Opportunity (EO) at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Inclusion Blueprint strives to be a multi-faceted research and community engagement initiative. In fall of 2017, Travis Gill and Anthony Williams (at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center) — with support from administrative and community leaders — officially launched this ambitious new effort to shed light on individuals and organizations uplifting historically underrepresented populations toward success. Inclusion Blueprint’s goal is to support local and national initiatives that encourage students of all backgrounds to strive for excellence in the professional fields. Inclusion Blueprint will serve as a model for similar initiatives across the nation by highlighting the best practices and programs that support our nation's youth and aspiring leaders.
